OK, this is something a little different and I haven't seen this done for posers at all (though could be wrong!)
Carla has been turned into a greyscale poser, with coloured eyes (had to do a google search on how to do that lol!) I think she looks stunning, but let me know what you think in a comment either here or on my facebook page, I did mainly close-up poses with one kneeling pose.
